Will it hold up?
Yes. We’re baseball moms, so we know kids are hard on their clothes. We choose our fabrics and designs with comfort, quality and everyday wear in mind.

What if it doesn’t fit?
No worries. We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

What size should I order?
We know shopping online for growing kids can be tricky. Check the size guide on each product before ordering, and if you’re between sizes or have a question about fit, reach out to us. We’re happy to help.

Is it worth it?
We only create pieces we’d buy for our own kids. From the fit and fabrics to the smallest details, we want every Pitch Pop piece to be something they’re excited to wear and something you feel good about buying.

How quickly will my order ship?
We’re a small business and personally pack our orders as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

What if something I want is sold out?
Some of our styles are made in limited quantities and can sell out quickly. Sign up to get notified when a product is back in stock, and follow @pitchpopco on Instagram for restocks, new drops and first looks at what’s coming next.

Can I return sale items?
Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Contact us as soon as you receive your order and we’ll make it right.

Do you work with baseball teams or leagues?
